When we meet real tragedy in life, we can react in two ways: either by losing hope and falling into self-destructive habits, or by using the challenge to find our inner strength.

Soul Connection

A soul connection is a resonance between two people who respond to the essential beauty of each other’s individual natures, behind their facades, and who connect on this deeper level. This kind of mutual recognition provides the catalyst for a potent alchemy. It is a sacred alliance whose purpose is to help both partners discover and realize their deepest potentials. While a heart connection lets us appreciate those we love just as they are, a soul connection opens up a further dimension — seeing and loving them for who they could be, and for who we could become under their influence. This means recognizing that we both have an important part to play in helping each other become more fully who we are. A soul connection not only inspires us to expand, but also forces us to confront whatever stands in the way of that expansion.

Don’t succumb and be pulled down into someone else’s mind-made hell.  You can either walk away, or you can show them another option by sharing your light – By showing that despite of the pain and misadventures of the past one can always choose to be lifted up to a heaven within – to accept that it’s okay to be gentle with oneself, and most of all to stop judging this ‘self’ – for truly, Love is always available, with no exceptions… matter what…

Vulnerability is the only authentic state. Being vulnerable means being open, for wounding, but also for pleasure. Being open to the wounds of life means also being open to the bounty and beauty. Don’t mask or deny your vulnerability: it is your greatest asset. Be vulnerable: the new goodness that is coming to you, in the form of people, situations, and things can only come to you when you are vulnerable and open.

The First 5 Seconds

I have noticed that if you look carefully at people’s eyes the first five seconds they look at you, the truth of their feelings will shine through for just an instant before it flickers away.

Do not bring people in your life who weigh you down. Trust your instincts … good relationships feel good. They feel right. They don’t hurt. They’re not painful.
